Category A Asbestos Awareness Training
Who is it for?
This course is a requirement of The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 for any person who may come into contact with asbestos.
It will be of particular interest to those within any industry sector, such as: general maintenance staff; gas fitters; plasterers; roofers; fire & burglar alarm installers; shop fitters; electricians; painters and decorators; demolition workers; heating and ventilation engineers; computer installers; plumbers; joiners; construction workers; telecoms engineers and building surveyors.
(The course is for a maximum of 12 people)
The training covers:
We have created a customised course that will enable your staff to safely work in a building or area in which they are likely to come across asbestos. The course is presented by experienced members of the asbestos industry and not general health & safety consultants. Therefore, they are able to answer any technical questions arising during the training and where necessary give a hand on demonstration of any techniques needed or industry knowledge required.
